Chef Martin Taylor
i was born in Jamaica arrived in London 1964. I studied French classical cuisine at Westminster College and I worked in many fine dining restaurants clubs and hotels.
My cooking journey started at the tender age of 6 when my mother would teach me to do things in the kitchen to help. I showed interest by asking many questions and because of my love eating the delicious food she would cook. The smells and the sound of her beautiful voice was the soul of the caribbean household. My passion for cooking led me to develop a range of seasonings sauces marinades and drink.
